Blessed with a good metabolism, Nusrat prefers to exercise outdoors than in a gym. Running is her favourite exercise and she does it on a regular basis. She practices freehand exercises and prefers cardio and yoga to weight training. She never misses her half hour yoga.
Nusrat starts her day with green tea and her breakfast varies from day to day. She is a foodie but never overeats. Her lunch consists of a small bowl of rice, fish, curry and yoghurt. She has loads of berries and seasonal fruits too. She has light snacks in the evening and soup and boiled chicken for dinner.
